Exhibitor Information

Be a CIES exhibitor! Our attendees travel locally, across the United States, and from around the world to participate in the annual meeting. The CIES 67th Annual Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. at the Grand Hyatt Washington. CIES 2023 is taking an alternative approach by having an on-site meeting with online components, i.e., two online days (February 14th-15th, 2023) followed by five on-site days (February 18 th-22nd, 2023). EXHIBIT SPACES at the in-person conference will be in Constitution Ballroom B and adjoining Corridor B, as well as in an open-air space in the Grand Foyer. You will be given the option to select where you would like to be set up. Both are in the heart of conference meeting rooms.

The exhibitor set-up includes:

  • a six-foot covered table;
  • two chairs;
  • a small trash can;
  • complimentary Wi-Fi; and
  • name badges for your representatives stationed at your tables in the exhibit area.

Note: Up to three staff badges will be issued per exhibit table. Exhibitor badges do not substitute for CIES 2023 conference registration. If you are a conference participant/presenter, you must register. Staff badge names will be collected from exhibitors in mid to late January. 

Exhibitors will be listed on the CIES 2023 Online Conference Hub with a description of your organization, social media account(s), and link to the URL of your choice.

Booths are assigned on a first come first served basis.

  • One table – $800
  • Two tables – $1,500
  • Three tables – $2,000
  • Add-on a virtual booth + $200

Virtual exhibitors will set up their booth in a user-friendly platform for display on the CIES 2023 Online Meeting Hub. An instruction guide is available for users, as well as IT support if necessary. The online exhibitor’s gallery will be available February 1-22. Exhibitors can customize their site by adding an unlimited number of books, videos, brochures, contact information, and photos. Exhibitors may update their space throughout the conference.

  • Upgrade your virtual booth to “featured exhibitor” for an additional $250. Upgrading your virtual booth will position your organization in one of the top eight placements of the virtual exhibit hall. Virtual booths are arranged alphabetically on the conference Hub.

Materials drop off/shared table – $150

CIES will provide a drop off table for organizations who wish to drop off a limited number of print materials. This table is not “staffed” and does not qualify for complimentary registrations.

Virtual-only exhibitors – $500
