If you plan to be an online presenter, our Online Meeting Hub can enable simultaneous language interpretation for you and your session, as long as you provide your own simultaneous interpreter. However, CIES 2023 will not provide an interpreter for you and your online session. Presentation time slots will remain the same for all presenters, regardless if an interpreter is present.

If you plan to provide your own simultaneous interpreter for an on-site presentation, please make sure you send in your request by January 27, 2023 to cies2023@cies.us with Own Simultaneous Interpreter in your Subject line. Your request must include all four pieces of information: a) full name of your interpreter; b) the interpreter’s email address; c) language needed for English interpretation; and d) name of your session with the interpretation.
