Yes, but this will depend on whether the chair or one of your on-site panelists can provide the online presenter a personal Zoom link. The session chair will be responsible for figuring out how to virtually include any panelists who are not on-site. (A Zoom link will not be provided by the conference organizers for regular sessions.) Tech support will not be available for using outside Zoom links.

Please be reminded that all presenters, chairs, or discussants must still pay on-site registration fee in addition to CIES membership fee, even if they may present online during the five On-Site Days on Feb. 18-22, 2023.
