What do I do if I am no longer able to attend the meeting?

If you are a presenter, please contact the CIES Meeting Planning Committee atcies2016@cies.us so that your paper is withdrawn from the program.

Registration cancellations will only be considered when received in writing (email).  You may receive a refund for your meeting registration (less a $50 processing fee) for written cancellations received by CIES on or before February 6, 2016. Written notices of cancellation received on or after February 7, 2016 will be assessed a $125 processing fee.

All requests for cancellations, refunds, and transfers should be emailed to registration@cies.us.

Registrants who do not show up for the meeting and do not contact CIES (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the end of the show automatically forfeit all registration fees paid unless your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurred within 1 one week prior to the start of the meeting.
