When do I register for Early Bird rates if I am not listed in the program?
We have reserved January 4th-17th, 2023 as the early bird period for all non-members whose names are NOT included in CIES 2023 Program. If you are in this category you are welcome to register then, though our Registration System remains open until the last day of CIES 2023.
