Guidelines for Attendees
Attendees without a role (i.e., names are not included in the CIES 2023 Program) are invited to attend as many sessions as they would like to. On-site attendees will have access to all on-site and virtual sessions, meetings, and events. Online attendees will have access to all online sessions and key on-site plenary meetings that are available in the Online Meeting Hub—Please sign in with your registration username and password so you know how to log in. Plan to log in to the Hub early before the presentation or session you are planning to attend. There may not be enough staff to assist if too many people wait until the session begins – a test run early is wise, to make sure that they can log in to the Online Meeting Hub.
Please be reminded that attendees not named in the CIES 2023 Program are also encouraged to register ASAP through our Registration System, which remains open until the last day of CIES 2023. Of course, it is financially and professionally beneficial to join or renew their 2023 CIES membership. (If you want to register as a member, please join/renew first, before you register for the conference, to ensure your membership and registration are linked.)
